PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept government purchasing cards. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
SALES TAX
We collect sales tax where we have a nexus in a particular State, and amounts collected will be included in your check-out total. All sales taxes collected are remitted directly to that State. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars, using the payment methods described above.

Damages or Shortages
- Loss or damage on freight must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Please save all of the original packing material. Once your merchandise leaves our shipping dock, it becomes the responsibility of the freight company to get your order to you timely and completely.
- The two most important things you can do to ensure that a replacement is made and a claim is filed:
- It is important that you fully inspect and count your cartons before you sign for them. If you have shortages, damages, or problems, you should note this on the delivery receipt.
- If you have visible damage on any portion of your order, you should note in detail on the delivery receipt those boxes that are damaged. Look for crushed corners, wetness, and punctures.
- Sometimes the carrier will damage your package.
- If you notice that a box appears to be repackaged, ask your carrier to wait while you open it to check for shortage or damage.
- For small package carriers (such as FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, etc.), refuse it if you find anything amiss.
- For LTL / palletized shipments, note the damage(s) or shortage(s), and contact us.
- Call our Customer Service Department immediately to report the shortage or damage, 1-800-527-6011.
- Any shipment damage or loss in transit must be communicated to us within 5 business days from delivery to claim for damage or loss.

Backorders
We do everything we can to assure product availability. However, from time-to-time, our suppliers experience shortages. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible about the situation.
Designation of Origin
Unless otherwise noted, Bob Barker Company, Inc. does not represent that any item featured in this catalog is manufactured or distributed by a specific source. If you have any questions concerning the manufacturer or source of any item contained in this catalog, please call our sales team at 1-866-463-8516.
Products requiring Proof of Occupation
Some of our products are not sold to the general public, such as large containers of defense sprays, batons, body armor, insignia, and products with law enforcement lettering (such as “Police”, “Sheriff”, etc.). We will sell these items to law enforcement, military and some security personnel with Proof of Occupation. For these types of items, you may fax your credentials (department letterhead plus a copy of official identification) to 1-800-322-7537 or email us at customerservice@officersonly.com. Please note we may verify employment and authorization. Also, please make sure to include your order number.
Restrictions on the Sale of Specific Products
The United States Government restricts the sale of certain products to international destinations in which an export license must be obtained by OfficersOnly.com prior to order processing. Orders for international destinations are subject to review by OfficersOnly.com and will be processed in compliance with all United States International Trade Regulations. All transactions are subject to screening against all published Denied Parties Listings made available by the United States Government.
Restriction on Purchase or Possession of Body Armor
OfficersOnly.com only sells Body Armor to certain law enforcement or military personnel. By buying armor you assume all risks of use or misuse, and agree not to hold OfficersOnly.com liable in any way. In addition, you are responsible to ensure that your ballistic panels are positioned properly.
Alterations / Customization / Special Order
Products ordered by the customer which require customization or specialization (hemming, embroidery, screening, special sizing, etching, badges, etc.) cannot be returned. Please assure all your information is correct prior to ordering.
General Notes
- Returned checks are subject to a $25 Fee.
- Address corrections due to customer error will be charged our cost from shipper:
- Ground shipments (i.e., FEDEX / UPS) = $10.
- It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to U.S. and Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances.
- We sell only to law-abiding adults.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would to cancel an order, please contact us. Please note that we will review the order for several factors, such as if it has shipped, if customization has been involved, span of time since order placed, etc. Notification via phone (1-866-463-8516), email (customerservice@officersonly.com), or fax (1-800-322-7537) will be accepted. We reserve the right to levy a $25.00 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. The parties acknowledge that an exception to arbitration exists, to the extent that OfficersOnly.com may seek preliminary injunctive relief, restraining orders, or other applicable equitable and/or legal relief from a court of law in the event you, in any manner, violate or threaten to violate OfficersOnly.com 's intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that this relief may include one or more limited issues of an otherwise larger dispute, and that the request for such relief will not constitute a waiver of OfficersOnly.com’s right to arbitrate any dispute. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts of Wake County, NC, United States of America and the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina for purposes of any such relief from violations or threatened violations of OfficersOnly.com’s intellectual property rights. After ruling on the preliminary relief requested in a case involving the violation or threatened violation of OfficersOnline.com’s intellectual property rights, the parties shall jointly move the court to stay the case and shall proceed to arbitration pursuant to this paragraph to determine the substantive merits of the claims.
The parties understand that all disagreements MUST be submitted to binding arbitration. The parties acknowledge that they would have had a right or opportunity to litigate disputes through a court and to have a judge or jury decide their case, but they choose to have disputes decided through arbitration.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
This arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by and interpreted under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq., to include the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
OfficersOnly.com reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our web site periodically.
