Hiatt's Handcuff Covers provide an extra measure of safety and security
Handcuff cover can be used with all professional chain-style handcuffs. Handcuffs can be preloaded into cover prior to being applied to prisoner, and can be applied from the interrogation position to prevent dangerous face to face confrontations. Cover is manufactured from high impact plastic, reinforced with a steel "U" band, and resists shattering and breakage.
